Steve, our General Manager, has worked in the industry since 1997. He is responsible for directing and coordinating staff. He also oversees projects from bidding to job completion. He is instrumental in maintaining LGS’s quality and safety and management of budget and schedule on all LGS projects. Steve has a hands-on approach and you will see him vising job sites regularly and interfacing with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
Dana has been with LGS since 2000 and takes on a wide variety of roles in the company. She oversees payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project set-up.
Our Administrative Assistant, Colette, has been with LGS since 2013. Her main duties include payroll and accounts payable entry. She is responsible for many different tasks along with providing support for the office staff which plays a big part in the smooth operation of the business.
Denny, our Senior Estimator, returned to LGS in 2012. He provides our customers with accurate conceptual budget numbers and hard bids. He has expanded his efforts to include value engineering suggestions to save both time and money. He leads the estimating team for project planning, competitive bidding and pre construction services.
Since 1984 Jeff has been working for LGS. His experience over the years has afforded him the opportunity to perform every aspect of concrete work, which has helped him cultivate an understanding of all things concrete. He is currently our estimator for site concrete projects.
Mark has been with LGS since 2014 as a Project Manager. He started his career in the concrete industry working as a concrete finisher. He is well versed in all phases of construction from site through finishes. Mark provides leadership and guidance to project superintendents while overseeing multiple projects. He acts as liaison between field operations and management providing a regular flow of information geared to anticipate challenges and remove obstacles impacting the schedule or budget.
Harvey is currently a Project Manager with LGS. He has been working in the industry since 1973. His previous experience includes working as a concrete finisher / foreman. Harvey works closely with management to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within the budget. He excels in in the construction of warehouse/distribution.
Since 1998 Russ has been working in the industry. Russ started his career as a carpenter / foreman and worked his way through the trade to become Project Manager. He is well versed in all phases of construction. Russ is a team player with the ability to manage multiple projects while consistently producing quality results and meeting deadlines.
